The treatment is tailored to your individual preferences, and you may request that the therapist focuses on specific areas where you experience discomfort or require extra attention.

Please note that we have both female and male therapists, and you are welcome to choose your preferred therapist. Massage is not recommended during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. After this, treatment depends on how comfortable you feel lying on your stomach.
